What the work is
IT Rapid Support has run managed IT and security from Vaughan since 2018, with offices in Toronto and Vancouver. The same team handles day-to-day support and the investigations, so a typical week can mix Microsoft 365 administration with reading sign-in logs after a mailbox takeover.
Recent work on our case studies page includes moving a developer's domain to DMARC enforcement, rebuilding an 82,456-item mailbox for a fire protection company and tracing an ERP database outage to a changed server network profile in a single morning.
