IT Rapid Support runs IT for organizations and investigates when it goes wrong. We have done this since 2018, from offices in Vaughan, Toronto and Vancouver.
How we work
IT Rapid Support Inc. started in 2018 as a managed IT firm at 7810 Keele St in Vaughan. The work has grown into four practices, run by one team so that the people who look after a Microsoft 365 tenant every day are the same people who investigate it after a compromise.
We are brought in when something has gone wrong, when an insurer, client or regulator needs assurance, or when a legal question turns on what a system actually did. Evidence is collected and logged so someone else can check it. Reports say what we found, what we could not establish and what to fix first.
Running client IT day to day keeps our advice practical: we only recommend changes we know how to make in a working office. Besides the head office we have offices in Toronto and Vancouver.
